In the early 1970s David Keefe decided to open his own jewellery store. Pooling his and his wife Kay's resources, the result was David Keefe Jewellers, established at LynnMall in 1971.
David Keefe managed the business, together with one sales person and his wife Kay helped part time. By 1975, David Keefe had begun manufacturing his own exclusive range of jewellery.
Over thirty years on, David Keefe Manufacturing Jewellers is still a family-owned and operated business with over 20 sales staff and jewellers. In November 2008, we opened a new showroom in St Lukes that offers a new and unique range of fine diamond and precious gemstone jewellery.
By combining excellent service with an innovative and exciting product range, we have become one of the most respected independent jewellery stores in New Zealand.
We have manufactured our own exclusive pieces for over 30 years. Our workshop is located on site, directly above our LynnMall showroom. We present an exceptional collection of jewellery, from the very contemporary and the latest in European styling to the most traditional of pieces.
We travel the world to source unique and exciting jewellery, from Italy, Germany, Brasil, United States, Canada, Australia and Asia.
Our diamonds are sourced from our diamond cutters in New York and Antwerp and we have access to over 200,000 certified diamonds. We carry one of the largest inventories of loose and mounted diamonds in New Zealand, and can source unique diamonds to meet your specific requirements.
